Convergence program for the organizations, ITIL processes and ITSM tools

Launch by the ISD of a major French banking group of a Convergence Program for the organizations, ITIL processes and ITSM tools of the 4 Business ISDs.

The aim of the mission was to harmonize ITIL processes and practices within the various Group entities, leading to the selection of a common solution in order to return to the standard defined by the Group ISD.

Yunit conducted the following actions:

• Current state of affairs regarding ITIL Processes, Uses and specific features of the 4 Business Line ISDs (via existing documentation and interviews),

• Analysis of the features (Use Cases) and the implementation of ITIL processes in the 3 existing ITSM solutions,

• Holding of joint convergence workshops with all 4 Business Line ISDs, based on the gaps identified,

• Advice on remediation and areas for functional development,

• Delta in relation to the state of the art of the market, sharing of experience in similar contexts

• Our consultants’ solid expertise/experience in terms of consultancy and implementation of ITSM solutions

• References in the provision of similar services

• Pragmatism, Compliance with the standard and with best practices
